Valentines Cakes by Praew Factory
With Valentine’s Day fast approaching, it is natural to think about roses, chocolate and your significant other. This year, why not mix it up a bit and search out something better than store-bought chocolates by heading to Praew Factory for some specially made Valentine’s cakes. This year Praew Factory will be serving up two special chocolate treats, the chocolate mousse and the white chocolate mousse. “We all know mousse is a luxurious chocolate treat for any chocolate lover, any time of the year,” said owner Praewpaka ‘Som’ Chaemchamrat. “This Valentine’s we thought about raising mousse to another level by styling them in the shape of hearts and roses.” Mousse is fluffy thanks to the techniques used to prepare the ingredients, such as eggs and cream that help it aerate and become that soft silky texture we all know and love. The Praew Factory special edition chocolate mousse is served in the shape of a rose, with a beautiful deep red spray over the top. The white chocolate mousse is shaped like a heart and sprayed with a chocolate topping. Both of these special mousses are only available for Valentine’s Day, so whether it’s a gift for your loved one or just for yourself (we won’t judge) then you know where to go!
